2013 was a good year at Song Unite and especially for Mike Hirst (our consultant) who was awarded and received his ‘much deserved’ OBE for ‘Services to Education’ “Congratulations Mike”
Mike even managed to make the Queen laugh. When Her Majesty suggested to him that his job must be hard work, Mike replied “ I guess it’s a little like your own work Ma’am - every day is different.“
We are also very proud to announce that legendary Drummer, Clem Cattini is our ‘Patron’. Clem’s kind friendship and support is a great honour for us all at Song Unite.
Clem Cattini is an English rock and roll drummer, who was a member of The Tornados before becoming well known for his work as a session musician. He is one of the most prolific drummers in UK recording history, appearing on hundreds of recordings and has featured on over 45 UK number one hit singles.

As we at Song Unite are committed to inspiring and introducing young people to music, song writing and recording, Jon Evans and the Hollywood Music Team are also keen to introduce young people (of all ages!) to the joys of learning and playing a musical instrument. You’ll find them here ……. They’re a friendly bunch!
Last but not least… we have been made an extremely kind and generous offer by Phil at MTS who we very much look forward to working with.
Thank you Phil & Judith

We are looking forward to attending their Annual Ball at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London later in the year when Sim (Simeon) will be performing his song.
We are delighted that our next exciting Art/Soundtrack/Recording/Filming Project working with 20 sixth form students (yes, 20!) at Bicester’s Bardwell School is being sponsored by Bicester Village. In addition to Value Retail’s company-wide support for charities and projects established to help those in need, each Village (worldwide) is engaged within its community in various initiatives. They work in unison across the Villages to support local, national and international initiatives, which has led to collaborations with organisations such as UNICEF, (RED)™ and Partners In Health. This exciting collaboration Unites Song Unite with Young people, their School and our Sponsors within Bicester making this a true Community Project.
Thank you Bicester Village.
